Work Experience
I’m a tech professional with experience across technical support, software development, system content creation, and team management. I’ve been working in IT since 2018, building a strong background in troubleshooting, system analysis, application behavior, and user support. Throughout the years, I've handled escalations, resolved complex technical issues, reviewed logs, and provided both frontline and advanced support.
I also spent four years as a Tier 2 TechnicalSupport Specialist, where I guided teammates, handled high-level cases, improved workflows, and helped maintain service quality. As a short term trainer, I prepared new hires through structured learning materials, process orientation, and hands-on coaching to ensure they were ready for production.
I have development experience from my first role and during my OJT, where I created small internal systems and contributed to application-related projects. This foundation in development helps me understand how systems work behind the scenes, enabling more accurate troubleshooting and technical communication.
I thrive in technical environments where I can solve problems, streamline processes, and support teams through project management, software quality practices, and hands-on technical work, including networking and service desk operations. I stay adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results.
Outside work, I continuously explore new technologies to stay updated and ready for future challenges and opportunities.
